1.1 User-Provided Content (Photos)
Our Apps allow users to upload photos by:

• Taking a photo using the device camera

• Selecting a photo from the device’s photo library

Uploaded photos may contain a human face.
Only the image explicitly selected by the user is processed.
We do not collect additional personal information unless explicitly stated within a specific app.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information
We may collect limited, non-identifying technical information such as:

• Device type and operating system

• App version

• Anonymous usage data for performance and error diagnostics

This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

2. Face Data & Biometric Information
Some of our Apps process photos that may include a human face.
Face data consists solely of image pixels provided by the user.
We do not collect, extract, store, or analyze biometric identifiers.
We do not perform facial recognition, identity verification, authentication, or user tracking based on facial features.
We do not generate or store facial templates, face embeddings, facial landmarks, or any biometric identifiers as defined under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations).
Face data is used only to perform the functionality explicitly requested by the user, such as image restoration, enhancement, or transformation.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected data solely for the following purposes:

• To process and transform user-uploaded images

• To provide AI-assisted image generation features

• To operate and improve app functionality

• To provide customer support if requested

User data is not used for advertising, marketing, profiling, or identity verification purposes.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services
Some image processing features are powered by third-party AI infrastructure.
When a user selects an image for restoration or enhancement, the selected image is securely transmitted to our third-party AI inference provider, Fal.ai, for temporary processing.
Only the image selected by the user is transmitted.
We do not transmit:

• Biometric identifiers

• Facial templates

• Facial embeddings

• Facial landmarks

• Identity verification data

Fal.ai acts solely as a data processor and processes images only to generate the requested output.
Uploaded images are not used for AI model training, advertising, profiling, identification, tracking, or analytics purposes.
All transmissions are encrypted using secure communication protocols.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Users must explicitly consent before any image is transmitted to our third-party AI processing provider.

5. Data Retention
Uploaded images are retained only for the duration necessary to complete processing.
Images transmitted to Fal.ai are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after processing is completed.
We do not permanently store original photos unless explicitly stated within a specific feature of the app.
We do not maintain long-term storage, archives, backups, or datasets of user-uploaded images for AI processing purposes.

6. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including:

• Encrypted data transmission

• Secure API communication

• Restricted access to stored data

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. User Permissions
Our Apps may request access to:

• Camera (to capture photos of printed images for restoration)

• Photo Library (to select existing photos for enhancement or restoration)

Permissions are used only to provide core app functionality and can be managed in device settings.
No image is transmitted to third-party AI processing services without the user’s explicit confirmation.

8. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not intended for children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data

• Request information about data usage

• Withdraw consent by discontinuing use of the Apps
